Walk with Autism, Share the Journey
Place: Infinity Park
Time: Sunday, June 9th, 2013 at 9:30am.
Walk length: 2.5 miles
Dear Friends and Family,
I just registered for the Autism Society of Colorado’s (ASC) Walk with Autism event and accepted the challenge to raise money for this great organization whose goal is to improve the lives of all those affected by autism.
Autism is a developmental disorder that affects the brain’s normal development of social and communication skills. In Colorado, 1 in 85 children are affected by autism. There is no known cure and scientists do not know what causes the disorder. ASC has a vision that all Coloradoans affected by autism have ready access to services and supports that they need to be safe, educated, healthy and able to pursue happy and fulfilling lives.
Please join me in bringing their vision closer to a reality by supporting me as I walk on June 9th, 2013. Now, more than ever, EACH of us can make a real difference in increasing awareness and acceptance.
You can help me reach my fundraising goal by visiting my personal fundraising page and making an online donation. Donating is quick, easy, secure and tax deductible! If you would prefer, you can also mail your contribution to the address below. Make your gift payable to the Autism Society of Colorado, and please put my name in the memo field.

Thank you for your support and for helping to improve the lives of all affected by autism.
